i never thought this will turn into a real thing when i started casually posting on ig 3 years ago, but here i am now, there are 60k+ of you following along across instagram, tiktok, and youtube!
i’m now a full-time primary school teacher, but fitness is still a huge part of my life. i train at the gym, at a fitness class, i run, and i’m obsessed with pilates (especially hot mat!!). i’m into all kinds of movement, and i genuinely believe there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to feeling strong. i got into fitness because creators like Lily Sabri made it feel so exciting and easy. and now, i would love to be that kind of presence for someone else.
this space is for the beginner girls who want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. i keep things simple, honest, and backed by science (but like, the digestible kind).
